Perkuat Kapasitas, DPRD Sumbawa laksanakan Bimtek
JEJAK.COM,-Mataram, Pekan ini (27-30/10/2021) DPRD Kabupaten Sumbawa mengadakan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) di hotel Lombok Astoria Kota Mataram. Bimtek ini diikuti para Pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Sumbawa dengan didampingi staf Sekretariat DPRD Sumbawa. Bimtek ini terselenggara dengan kerjasama antara Setwan DPRD Sumbawa dengan BPSDM Provinsi NTB dan LPPM STKIP Bima. Bimtek DPRD Sumbawa kali ini terkait dengan ; Penguatan kapasitas DPRD tentang penyusunan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah Tahun Anggaran 2022.
Dalam sambutan pembukaan Ketua DPRD Sumbawa, Abdul Rafiq berharap Bimtek ini bisa menambah kemampuan, wawasan dan pengetahuan para Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD Sumbawa terkait tugas di DPRD baik fungsi legislasi, budgeting dan pengawasan
“Tema Penguatan kapasitas DPRD tentang Penyusunan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Tahun Anggaran 2022 merupakan topik yang penting karena kami akan membahas APBD tahun 2022 pada bulan sebelas mendatang. Kara kami harus akui regulasi berubah-ubah sehingga butuh penyegaran atas regulasi tersebut.
“Mudah mudahan sehabis Bimtek ini wawasan teman- teman anggota bertambah dan semakin semangat dalam bekerja untuk mengabdi pada kepentingan kemajuan masyarakat Sumbawa oleh karenanya perlu diikuti dengan sebaik-baiknya ” pungkas Abdul Rafiq.

Pemerintah Provinsi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten dalam menyusun RKPD Tahun 2022 melakukan sinergitas dan penyelarasan antara kebijakan Pemda dengan pemerintah.
Yang dituangkan dalam rancangan KUA dan PPAS yang disepakati Pemda bersama DPRD sebagai dasar dalam penyusunan raperda APBD Tahun Anggaran 2022.
Menurutnya, penyusunan APBD adalah sesuai dengan kebutuhan penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan daerah dan kemampuan pendapatan daerah. demikian pula tidak bertentangan dengan kepentingan umum dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang lebih tinggi.
Tepat waktu berpedoman pada RKPD KUA dan PPS dan dilakukan secara tertib efisien ekonomis efektif transparan dan bertanggung jawab sehingga APBD merupakan dasar bagi pemerintah daerah untuk melakukan penerimaan dan pengeluaran daerah.

Data ini digunakan untuk kepentingan penerimaan bantuan sosial langsung ke penerima diantaranya bantuan subsidi listrik, elpiji, keluarga harapan, pangan non tunai, bantuan sosial tunai dan lainnya yang akan diintegrasikan dalam satu data.
Juga pengalokasian anggaran untuk pengumpulan atau pemutakhiran data UMKM untuk kepentingan pelaksanaan PP Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang kemudahan perlindungan dan pemberdayaan koperasi dan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dimana UMKM diberikan kemudahan dan hak untuk ambil bagian dalam pengadaan barang atau jasa pemerintah.
