JEJAK.COM,-Penyusunan naskah dokumen tata ruang Kabupaten Bima kini tengah dibenahi dan wajib link and match (nyambung.RED) dengan konsep amanat Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) 2021 -2026 yang berpedoman pada Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW).
yaitu dengan menyelaraskan pencapaian visi, misi, tujuan, sasaran, kebijakan, strategi dan program pembangunan jangka menengah daerah dengan pemanfaatan struktur dan pola ruang yang ada.
Demikian pemaparan Bupati Bima Hj. Indah Dhamayanti Putri, SE (IDP) dalam Rapat Koordinasi Lintas Sektoral yang dihelat oleh Direktorat Jenderal Tata Ruang, Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/BPN di Hotel Mulia Jakarta Selasa (26/10).
Dalam rapat itu secara khusus membahas tiga agenda strategis yaitu pembahasan Rancangan Peraturan Bupati (Ranperbup) tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) Wilayah Pengembangan (WP) Kecamatan Monta tahun 2021-2041.
Draft regulasi lainnya yang dibahas pada pertemuan adalah Raperbup Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) kabupaten Lombok Tengah tentang RDTR kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika dan Raperbup RDTR Kawasan Perkotaan kabupaten Banggai laut Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Rapat koordinasi tersebut dihadiri juga oleh Bupati Lombok Tengah Lalu Pathul Bahri, S.IP dan Bupati Banggai Laut Sofhian Kaepa, S.H.
Pembahasan Ranperbup Bima yang dipimpin oleh Dirjen Tata Ruang Dr.Ir. Abdul Kamarzuki, MPM ini merupakan tindak lanjut permohonan Bupati Bima tentang perlunya segera persetujuan substantif dari Kementerian terkait atas Raperbup RDTR WP kecamatan Monta.
Bupati IDP hadir bersama Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bima Muhamad Putera Ferryandi, S.IP, Sekda Drs. H.M. Taufik HAK, M.Si, Kepala Bappeda Suwandi ST, MT, Kadis Lingkungan Hidup Ir. Jaidun, Kepala Bagian Hukum Setda Amar Makruf SH dan Kabid Tata Ruang.
Menjelaskan bahwa mengacu pada Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bima Nomor 9 Tahun 2011 tentang RTRW Kabupaten Bima Tahun 2011-2031, arahan lokasi kegiatan dan penyusunan program pembangunan yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan ruang kota mempertimbangkan secara seksama struktur ruang.
Aspek lainnya kata Bupati adalah distribusi peruntukan ruang dalam suatu wilayah dan pemanfaatan ruang melalui program yang disusun dalam rangka mewujudkan rencana tata ruang yang bersifat indikatif, melalui sinkronisasi program sektoral dan kewilayahan baik di pusat maupun di daerah secara terpadu. Sementara itu, dalam kaitannya dengan pengembangan tata Ruang Kabupaten Bima, Dirjen Tata Ruang Abdul Kamarzuki dalam arahannya mengharapkan ke depan akan diupayakan percepatan RDTR WP kecamatan-kecamatan lain yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan, diantaranya kecamatan Lambu dan Kecamatan Tambora.
Dijelaskan Dirjen, upaya-upaya melahirkan RDTR WP berbagai wilayah kecamatan tentunya harus menjadi upaya strategis pemerintah daerah dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan pembangunan berbasis ruang, kebijakan sesuai kebutuhan dan potensi daerah.

Such was the presentation of the Regent of Bima Hj. Indah Dhamayanti Putri, SE (IDP) in a Cross-Sectoral Coordination Meeting held by the Directorate General of Spatial Planning, Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/BPN at Hotel Mulia Jakarta Tuesday (26/10).
The meeting specifically discussed three strategic agendas, namely the discussion of the Draft Regent’s Regulation (Ranperbup) regarding the Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR) for the Development Area (WP) of Monta District for 2021-2041.
Other draft regulations discussed at the meeting were the Raperbup for the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) of Central Lombok district on the RDTR for the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK) and the Raperbup for the Urban Area RDTR in Banggai Laut district, Central Sulawesi Province. The coordination meeting was also attended by the Regent of Central Lombok Lalu Pathul Bahri, S.IP and the Regent of Banggai Laut Sofhian Kaepa, S.H.
The discussion on Ranperbup Bima led by the Director General of Spatial Planning Dr.Ir. Abdul Kamarzuki, MPM is a follow-up to the request of the Regent of Bima regarding the need for immediate substantive approval from the relevant Ministries on the Raperbup RDTR WP Monta sub-district.
The IDP Regent was present with the Chairman of the Bima Regency DPRD, Muhamad Putera Ferryandi, S.IP, the Regional Secretary Drs. H.M. Taufik HAK, M.Si, Head of Bappeda Suwandi ST, MT, Head of Environmental Agency Ir. Jaidun, Head of Legal Division of the Regional Secretariat Amar Makruf SH and Head of Spatial Planning.
Explaining that referring to the Regional Regulation of Bima Regency Number 9 of 2011 concerning the RTRW of Bima Regency in 2011-2031, the direction of the location of activities and the preparation of development programs related to the utilization of urban space carefully considers the spatial structure.
Another aspect, said the Regent, is the distribution of spatial designations in an area and the use of space through programs prepared in the context of realizing indicative spatial plans, through synchronization of sectoral and regional programs both at the center and in the regions in an integrated manner. . said the Regent.
Meanwhile, in relation to the spatial development of Bima Regency, the Director General of Spatial Planning Abdul Kamarzuki in his direction hoped that in the future efforts would be made to accelerate the RDTR WP of other sub-districts that have the potential to be developed, including Lambu and Tambora sub-districts.
The Director General explained that efforts to create RDTR WP in various sub-districts must of course be a strategic effort for local governments in realizing spatial-based development management, policies according to regional needs and potential.
