The Governor of West Nusa Tenggara, Dr H Zulkieflimansyah, SE, MSc said, the five-year contract for the MXGP in NTB, next year it is planned to hold two series in Samota, Sumbawa and the Lantan circuit, Loteng.
“We will hold two series in Lombok and Sumbawa”, explained the Governor during a press conference at the MXGP media center at the Samota circuit, Sumbawa, Sunday (26/06).
The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, Sandiaga Uno said the central government would make MXGP a national event agenda in addition to WSBK and MotoGP.
He appreciated the steps taken by the Governor and the NTB provincial government in accelerating the economic and tourism recovery of NTB and Indonesia.

MXGP akan Jadi Agenda Event Nasional
jejakntb, SUMBAWA | MXGP of Indonesia akan menjadi event nasional dan didukung sepenuhnya oleh pemerintah pusat.
Gubernur Nusa Tenggara Barat, Dr H Zulkieflimansyah, SE, MSc mengatakan, lima tahun kontrak penyelenggaraan MXGP di NTB, pada tahun depan rencananya akan digelar dua seri di Samota, Sumbawa dan sirkuit Lantan, Loteng.
“Kita akan menggelar dua seri di Lombok dan Sumbawa”, jelas Gubernur saat jumpa pers di media center MXGP di sirkuit Samota, Sumbawa, Ahad (26/06).
Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif RI, Sandiaga Uno mengatakan, pemerintah pusat akan menjadikan MXGP menjadi agenda event nasional selain WSBK dan MotoGP.
Ia mengapresiasi langkah Gubernur dan pemerintah provinsi NTB dalam percepatan pemulihan ekonomi dan pariwisata NTB dan Indonesia.
